Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop is an HP, model 15-do35dx. Would like to increase the RAM from 4GB to??? Unsure of procedure, how much RAM & type, etc.Appreciate any help given! Thak you

Your notebook since it has an Intel Pentium N3520 processor, only has one memory slot and the maximum memory the slot can support is 1 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600.
This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip.
You would have to remove the existing 4 GB memory chip to upgrade to the 8 GB memory chip.
