Hello, My laptop has GTX 1050 for the GPU and has 8gb RAM, and i was wondering, can I replace the RAM to a better one? or is it safe to increase the virtual RAM instead of buying a new RAM?
thanks,

You can increase the installed memory.
Increasing virtual memory without increasing the installed memory substantially is not such a great plan.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
