@IvanGranados23,

RAM upgradeability depends on what type of Intel processor is on your model.

See page 2 of the service manual for supported memory.

 https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2323945/Hp-15-Bs0-Series.html

If your model has an Intel Core 6th or 7th gen processor, the notebook comes with two memory slots and supports 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4-2133 memory.  DDR4-2133 memory is hard to find, and you can use DDR4-2400 or 2666, something like this.

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT8G4SFS824A | crucial.com

If you have an Intel Pentium or Celeron, the notebook has one memory slot and supports max 8 GB DDR3L-1600 memory like this one.

A-Tech 8GB DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 (PC3-12800) CL11 SODIMM 2Rx8 1.35V 204-Pin Non-ECC SO-DIMM ...

You need to use DDR3L-1600 memory which runs at a lower voltage than DDR3 memory.
