Hi @mpari,
Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you need assistance in finding the number lock on your HP Envy notebook. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Could you provide me with the exact model of the PC? Use this link to find it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Could you please respond to this post with the details of the product so that I can provide you with an accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
Press the Windows key + U (Opens Ease of Access) > Click on Ease of Access Center > Under Make your computer easier to use > Click on Start On-Screen Keyboard > On the lower right corner click on Options - Put a check next to Turn on numeric key pad click on OK.
This means that the number lock is enabled. If you remove the check mark from Turn on numeric key pad it means that the number lock is disabled.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Let me know how that pans out,
Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,
It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accepted Solution.
