I got New HP VICTUS, on 10th September 2024, however since 19th September 2024 unable to use system as it is not charging. I raised ticket on 21st Sept 2024, today 25th sep 2024, till now 5:30pm, No one has called up nor dropped in to attend my complaint. Everyday, I contacted HP SUPPORT, but it's a PURE WASTE, Am repenting NOW, as to why the hell on earth I chose HP LAPTOP over DELL. Service is worst than ever, Frustration that till now, I did not get to hear from the support team, I think, still they are dialing each individual digit [ 10 digit mobile number ] it would take 10 days to reach my cell.
Not sure how many more days or MONTHS it might take them to reach my residence to replace the Adapter.
Just 10 days of purchase, Adapter faulty, checked during self test guided while raising the ticket.
CASE ID : [Personal Information Removed], WONDER IF AT ALL THEY WOULD ATTEND TO THIS CASE REQUEST.
