1) Please provide me Product Name or Information about SSD of 15-aq273cl
2) If possible, please tell me How many NAND flash chips are there(SSD)? As far as I know, there are usually two or three( or please take a picture)
explanation). My son accidentally broke the SSD I took out to dry and forgot about it. (The rest were shredded) I found out later that I was informed that if I forgot just one of the Nands, I couldn't restore the information inside. In my memory, only one of the chips was missing, but I don't remember how many NANDs the SSD was made of.

I will have to approach this a bit more realistically.
Even if you replace a NAND chip, the data will be gone.
The SSD is dead.
You will need to replace the broken SSD with a new one.

The M.2 SSD specification is M.2, PCIe, NVMe solid-state drive with TLC
Use the HP Cloud recovery to put a useable OS on the SSD to restore the notebook to a useful condition.
