RAM yes. There is an 8 gb DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM installed and an open slot. The laptop can use up to 32 gigs total or a pair of 16gb modules. You can add an 8 gb to have 16 gb total and that would be the most likely upgrade path.
Hard drive no. There is a single M.2 SSD slot that is currently occupied by a 512 gig NVME M.2 SSD 2280 form factor. If you want more storage, you have to replace that with a larger capacity disk of the same type.
