1)Another model(ram) is possible?

The specs of your machine is

 

                https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05806289

 

It has 12 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (4 GB (onboard) and 8 GB (1 x 8 GB)) that means

 

  • You can not do anything with slot 1 because RAM is soldered to its system board.
  • On slot 2: it has 8GB and that is the max.

In short, you can't upgrade RAM.

You can use a tool called CPU-Z to see which RAM sticks are on your computer. For example the following image shows Samsung is on my machine:
