Hi:

According to the Crucial memory report for the model series, you can install up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.

Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | hp 15s-eq series | HP 15s-eq2XXX (Ryzen) | Crucial.com

HP only has the service manual for the older models in the series on the support page.

The manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB on the older models.

The manual may be of help you open up the PC to upgrade the memory though.
