Informazioni su upgrade RAM e sostituzione HDD

Buongiorno,

il PC è diventato lentissimo, RAM che viaggia tra il 70% e  il 90% di utilizzo ed anche la CPU ha utilizzi quasi alla massima capacità, seppure non abbia installato nulla di particolare.

All'accensione, quando va bene, parte dopo 3/4 minuti, in alcuni casi si avvia anche dopo 10 minuti. Ho effettuato scansione con diversi antivirus, ma non segnala nessun malware, quindi il pc è all'apparenza pulito. Ho effettuato deframmentazione e pulizie varie, ma risolvo solo per alcuni giorni, poi il problema si ripresenta.

Stavo pensando ad un upgrade della RAM, sapete dirmi fino a che capacità posso spingermi e quali sono compatibili?

Dovendo formattare, stavo anche pensando di sostituire l'HDD con un SSD da 500 GB. La scheda madre è compatibile con gli SSD?

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of memory.

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook...

A M.2 slot for a SATA SSD is mentioned in the service manual, but only the 15-ay1xx notebooks that came with a M.2 SATA SSD from the factory have the M.2 slot.
