I am writing to inquire about the coverage of my HP Care Pack. Below are the details of my Care Pack:

  • Coverage Type: Care Pack
  • Service Type: HWM Onsite
  • Status: Active
  • Start Date: May 31, 2022
  • Time Remaining: 1 year, 12 days
  • Service Level: Standard
  • Next Coverage Day: Standard office hours and days
  • Deliverables: Material, Onsite Support, HW Problem Diagnosis

I am experiencing issues with the fan in my laptop, which I suspect might be due to material from the laptop cover entering the vent. Could you please confirm if fan repair or cleaning of the vent in this situation would be covered under my current Care Pack? I want to ensure that I follow the correct process and avoid any further issues.
