Hello everyone, can you help me with couple of question:
1) if you have upgrade the RAM, maximum capacity it can support?
2) is it support M.2 ssd? What type of M.2 it support?
3) suggestion whether i should go for Intel Optane or change into SSD?

Hi,
1. The max RAM is 32GB of DDR4 2400Mhz (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 12GB
There are two slots and at the moment you have one slot with 4GB and one empty slot. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
On page 43 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM:

2. The M2 slot in the notebook will support M2 SATA3 SSD such as the Samsung 860 Evo or similar and support for much faster PCIe NVMe SSD such as the M2 Samsung 970 Evo or similar. I would go with an SSD and not with Optane.
On page 36 of service manual you can see the steps to install SSD.
