Hi, I'm using HP elitebook 840 g6 and it has a Sim card slot at the side of my notebook. The question is why I can't open the Sim card slot after I push it and I really can't pull it either.  Help. how can i do it?

Hello

for elitebook 840 G6 , a LTE WWAN card is an option.

It could be built with or without LTE Card installed in the factory. it could be built with or without LTE antenna in the display frame.

In case yor computer doesn't have a LTE card installed on the M.2 slot as a A SIM card without a LTE card is useless., by default HP puts a piece of plastic in the SIM card slot in order to avoid that people insert a SIM card.

bye

@Lumelo

It works EXACTLY like the way we use SD card slots. Please try again because it is a bit smaller.

Regards.
