Thanks for the bios screenshot. I didn't know you have an Intel Core 8th gen processor.
Paul's IRST drivers are for Intel Core 11th-13th gen processors, so it doesn't work for your model.
I think I saw a Microsoft-certified IRST driver for an 8th gen processor somewhere. I'll look around and post it.

You can download the Microsoft WHQL certified IRST driver for Intel Core 8th gen processor from this link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96449.exe
Follow the steps below to complete the installation.
1. Use a Windows installation usb drive created with Microsoft Media Creation Tool (an ISO file-based installation usb drive tends to cause errors during the IRST driver installation).
2.Right click the downloaded driver softpaq and run it as administrator and follow on-screen instructions to perform the driver extraction process.
3. Go to C:\SWSetup\sp96449. Double click the folder and copy the F6 folder to the root directory of a Windows installation usb drive.
4. Connect the usb drive to the notebook and boot the system from the usb drive. When you are asked where to install Windows, click on Load Driver. Click on Browse and click the usb drive in the window that opens. Click the F6 folder then OK.
5. Multiple .inf driver files may be displayed. Check the box to display only compatible drivers. Select a driver and click OK.
6. If the storage drive is displayed with partitions, hit the delete key in the screen to delete each partition. You should eventually only see "unallocated space" and click Next to proceed the installation.

The release date of that IRST driver is May 16, 2019, and it supports W10 ver. 2019. Perhaps, the IRST driver doesn't support the latest version of W10 22H2.
What you can do is to try IRST driver from this Intel Link. This driver supports W10 and W11, and it most likely supports W10 22H2.
You need to extract drivers from the setupRST.exe, and it has to be done using the Intel-specified command (7-Zip doesn't work). I can show you here the easiest way to do so.
1. Download the SetupRST.exe and copy it to the root of the C: drive.
2. Open the command prompt as administrator and run the following two command lines. Click the Enter key after each line.
cd C:\
SetupRST.exe -extractdrivers SetupRST_extracted
3. Go to C:\SetupRST_extracted and double click the folder and navigate to \Production\Windows10-x64. Double click the 'Windows10-x64' folder, and you'll see five folders. Copy all the files from the five folders to the root of a usb drive. There should be 27 files altogether on the usb drive (don't just copy the five folders to the usb drive).
4.Connect the usb drive and a Windows installation usb drive to the notebook and boot the system from the installation usb drive.
5. When asked where to install Windows, click Load Driver -> Browse -> the usb drive with IRST drivers -> Ok. Check the box to display compatible drivers only.
6. Not sure how many .inf driver files will be displayed. Select one and click Next.
Hopefully the storage drive will be displayed.
