The laptop has a 512gb nvme drive can I install a second nvme or sata drive on this model?

The notebook has support for one M.2 SSD.

 

You can install a 2.5" drive but the problem with that is most likely none of the parts are there to add one.

 

You'd have to find and buy the parts to add a 2.5" drive that are listed in chapter 3 of the service manual.

I recommend if you need more storage, replace the 512 GB NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.
