Hi, so I have a HP Envy x360 ee0844nz 2020 version. It had come preinstalled with a 512gb SSD which is sufficient enough for me. But I wanted to know whether this laptop has another slot where I can install a HDD, as I have a spare one from my old computer. This HDD has 1TB of storage, and it would be very useful for me if I could install in my Envy as I use my laptop to store all photos from my phone and I have a lot of programs installed, and I have already used 3/4 of my SSD. So I just want to know whether there is an option to install this 1TB HDD alongside the 512 GB SSD in my laptop model.

Hi:

 

There is no option to install a 2.5" hard drive in that model series.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can see in chapter 1 that no 2.5" drives are supported.
