has been working well with Windows 10 64 bit for a few years.
Today I added one 4GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600S RAM stick and now when the computer starts up it, I hear the fan come on, but a a black screen appears and it doesn't go into Windows, and also the caps lock key flashes.
I tried to do a hard reset but that didn't help.
Kindly please advise what to do.
Thankyou so much,
Philip

Kindly please advise how to get the laptop and screen workign again.
Thank you so much,
