After the repair, when we checked the Spectre notebook, it is showing the specification as:
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz 2.92 GHz
Installed RAM 15.6 GB
However, when we bought the specification was 16 GB LPDDR4x-4266 MHz RAM (onboard). Unfortunately, we didn't check the installed RAM when we bought this notebook.
Can anyone tell me why the installed RAM is showing less than the specification of this 16GB for the Spectre notebook?
Thanks.

What is your HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea1000 (446B7AV) actually ? For example
HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14-ea1023dx
The above machine also has 16 GB LPDDR4x-4266 MHz RAM (onboard) RAM. You know RAM comes is a round number such as 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32. Windows may keep something for reserved and it report a different way. Normally it reports Installed and Usable for example
Your machine has 16GB of RAM physically and the 15.6 is a number from Windows.
Regards.

Some how Windows ONLY reports usable RAM. Please use CPU-Z to check . For example
In your case, you may only have 1 slot with 16GB.
