My question is 

Can i add https://shop.westerndigital.com/products/internal-drives/wd-blue-sn500-nvme-ssd#WDS250G1B0C this M.2 to my notebook or not?

Sorry no. Supports M.2 SATA only so something like the original WD Blue SATA M.2.
