Compaq Presario V3500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've an old HP Compaq Presario V3508TU laptop. It stopped working as it does not bootup at all.

So, I want to take out RAM from this laptop and install it in my currently working another HP laptop.

How can we do this? Can I get help from Singapore HP service center for this? Please advise.

--- By the way, is there any way to make this V3508TU start booting (Sorry for posting this question here)?

Thank you,  Regards

Ganesh

on the bottom of the laptop take out the screws you can possibly see where the ram is through air vents, clip the ram out and put in the other laptop, but make sure both take the same type of ram before trying to install it

how do we check compatibility of RAMs ? Does HP support website provide a list of RAMs supported in laptops?
