Can I install any SSD on HP Laptop 15-bw0xx?
And which ram are supported in this device if I want to upgrade my Laptop's RAM.

You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
According to chapter 1 of the service manual your notebook has one memory slot and can support up to 1 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.
You can install a DDR4-2400 or DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip which will run at 1866 MHz.

The DDR4-2666 MHz memory costs much less.
