HP ProBook 470 G5 Notebook PC

Hello and good day,
I would like to upgrade my HP Probook 470 G5 (3KZ03EA). Is it possible to replace the 256GB m.2 nvme SSD 3x4 Spezification with a 1TB m.2 nvme SSD 4x4 Spezification?

According to the manual, 500GB m.2 nvme SSD 3x4 Spezification was possible at the time.

With kind regards

Hi:

You should be able to.

The drive capacities listed in the service manual are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

Please note that since your notebook's NVMe slot is PCIe Gen 3, a Gen 4 SSD will not go beyond 3,500 MBPS read/write speeds.
