But the fact is that the manufacturer's drivers are not installed after Windows 11 has installed drivers from the Internet, the manufacturer's drivers can be installed if you do not connect to the Internet after installing Windows 11, AND THIS is an UNDOCUMENTED way to install Windows 11. anyone who will read this topic: never do this - you will just waste time experimenting: there is no such standard function when installing Windows 11 - turning off the Internet and even if you break the installation by disconnecting the network, then after completing the installation and connecting the network, Windows 11 will start downloading and installing drivers from the Internet, And no there are no basic Windows 11 drivers, because if you look at the properties of the drivers installed by Windows 11, then their manufacturer is HP, THAT's why the HP drivers I downloaded are not installed, because they are already installed, but their versions downloaded by Windows 11 are incorrect, for example, the audio driver does not work correctly with BOAudioControl. THE only correct way to install Windows 11 correctly is to EMBED unpacked HP drivers into the Windows 11 image. This method is recommended by Microsoft, since the drivers installed in this way will be considered OEM preinstalled and will never be updated.
