Hey, i have a all in one 24 F0xx pc with 8gb or ram and a graphics card of amd a9-9425 radeon r5, 5 compute cores 2c+3g 3.10 ghz, 64 bit, iam curious is it possible to upgrade my ram or my graphics card and if so how much ram can i install, same with graphics card, i want more ram so i can screen record broadcast with no lagging and no issues my pc suffers from lagging when i have more than one window open at a time i hope my description helps find me a solution thanks!

Upgrading graphics is not a viable option for your PC.
You can upgrade the memory to a maximum 32GB.
