Hello
I have a HP 15 dy2131wm that recently stopped working and took me back to the BIOS menu. I created a bootable USB but no matter what I've done from diskpart to cleaning the port it would not show the SSD. I assumed the SSD was bad so I bought a WD SN580 NVMe 1tb ssd. I have mounted the SSD and once again, it will not recognize the SSD. It will not even show it under list disk. The only place I see it show is following UEFI settings but all it will do is let you see it's name, not change any settings. Help would be appreciated, thank you.

You need to add Intel RST storage controller driver to the Windows 10 installation media to detect the storage drive to install Windows on, since your laptop comes with an Intel Core 11th gen processor.
Please follow the steps in the discussion below to complete the Windows installation.
