Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to upgrade the RAM on my notebook but the available RAM is less than what is installed... I need to access the advanced settings of my Bios to allow for expansion, but there are no advanced settings... is there an unlock or a work-around for this??

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to access the advanced setting in the BIOS.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to inform you that there are no advanced settings in the BIOS or there is no option to lock or unlock any BIOS settings.
