I have a HP Pavilion 15t-cs200 CTO; Model#: 5RJ34AV_1; PN: 5NY01AV with Windows 10 and all the updates. My Bluetooth is not working - yellow 🔺 in device manager.
1. Windows10 thinks it has the best driver,
2. HP support assistant does not see a problem with the hardware
3. HP driver page for my PC doesn't offer a Bluetooth driver https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-cs2000-laptop-pc/26122239/model/2612...
I have removed the driver, uninstalled, removed the drivers, searched online, let HP support assistant find a problem and it is not fixed.
Device Manager Bluetooth properties: Intel Wireless Bluetooth - driver date 12/5/2017; driver version 20.20.0.5; location: Port_#0010.Hub_#0001; DRIVER STATUS: This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful. EVENTS: Device USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA\5&175f077a&0&10 requires further installation.
Any thoughts would be appreciated...

Hi:
What model Intel wifi adapter does your notebook have?
I would suggest uninstalling the current Bluetooth driver and if there is Intel Bluetooth software listed in the Programs section of the Windows control panel, uninstall that too and restart the PC.
Then download the latest W10 BT driver directly from the Intel site, which I will give you the link to, once you let me know what model Intel wifi adapter your notebook has.

Intel® 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 5 Combo (MU-MIMO supported) is all I have about the Bluetooth. Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz is what it shows for wifi device. I had a problem with the wifi until last week. Both the wifi and the bluetooth were down. I ended up putting in an external Bluetooth and wifi - even tech support could not get it working. They wanted me to do a reset which means all the programs and settings would have to be installed - I work with this pc and don't want to fix something that I can work around with a solution that will cost me days. The wifi is fixed BTW. Maybe a stand alone bluetooth driver will work. I went to intel website and tried their network driver and that did not work with the wifi.

You're very welcome.
Since you mentioned that trying to update the wifi driver didn't update the wifi, If you want to tempt fate, you can try manually updating the wifi driver to the latest version as follows...
Download, save and unzip the first file listed on the top left side of the page to its driver folder.
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.
Click on the Intel 9560 wifi adapter.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the wifi driver file you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.

Followed the steps above in last post and it installed but then after seconds changed both the bluetooth and the network adapter back to yellow triangle for the Intel Wireless-AC 9560 (Code 10) and "unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" (Code 43). Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. The bluetooth, the wifi and the USB device are one in the same... when I get the bluetooth, the wifi working, the USB problem disappears. Tech support (2 times -one a chat and one with control of my pc) ended up telling me to do a pc reset. Maybe the next driver update will fix it all (hopeful). Any other ideas? This is perplexing....
