I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to upgrade the RAM and install an SSD on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that the maximum supported RAM on your computer is 16GB and you can install up to 16GB of RAM on the computer.

 

There is an M.2 slot available on the computer and you can install an SSD on the computer.
