! on Intel Dynamic Tuning Processor Participant (under System Devices in Device Manager)

Device Status: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

The error appears to have been caused by an automatic driver download on 7/4/2020

I have installed the recommended updates in HP Support Assistant 

How can I resolve this problem?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Since the issue started after an update, I suggest you perform a System Restore to an earlier time before the issue started
