Hi, I use the HP Support Assistant to check for updates by using the Run Hardware Diagnostics option. It keeps coming back with a recommendation to update the Intel Management Engine Firmware, SoftPaq sp143762. I have downloaded and installed this update twice, yet this recommendation does not go away. I have watched the update both times, and it appeared to complete successfully. I also performed a BIOS update to v1.58 recently successfully. Any idea why it keeps displaying this softpaq as an outstanding recommendation?
