i just got this hpIntel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz elitebook  s# [text omitted to protect user privacy] and it looks like it has the finger print sensor like one other ryzen 3 hp laptop but i do not see a biometric in the devices. but it sure looks like the sensor is on the pc. i had another pc like this and that sensor had a smooth cover over that area for the sensor. now it may not have one but if it does and i did not get the driver maybe someone can help me find one. thanks

ok i took it apart and it does not have the sensor. the seller said it did but that is the reason it is not working. so i will take the sensor out of the damaged pc and fit it into this one and see if it starts working after it gets the driver. thanks
