Hey there, I am currently not able to update to the latest version of windows 11 22h2 for a while now, and have since tried all solutions on trying to fix it, but seeing the main issues page on Microsoft's website (Here) about 22H2 and it's issues, I have came to the conclusion that its something to do with my intel SST drivers preventing me from downloading the update.

Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.

Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here

  • HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
  • Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  • Click Updates in the My notebook pane
  • Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  • Updates list in HP Support Center
  • Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  • Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  • Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also, ensure Windows is up to date.

  • Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

Let me know how it goes.

Hey Sandy,

I have tried your following solution, but I am up-to-date with all drivers, the HPSA does not have any updates that it tells me to install, I checked for updates at least 4 times now and to my expectation its the same. Is there maybe a page of hp that provides these updates manually as the tool could be having some issues, which I doubt it.
