Hi:

You have to manually install the driver from Intel as follows...

Download and save the ZIP file version of the driver...

Version: 26.20.100.6912 (Latest)    Date: 6/19/2019

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28888/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=96551

Unzip the file to its folder. Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.

Click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter listed there.

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.

Be patient as it could take up to a couple of minutes for the driver to install.

When the installation is complete, restart the PC.

If you followed my instructions as I wrote them, the driver should have installed.

If not then you will have to try the same thing with this HP driver, but you need to add another step and browse to a different file.

Download and save, but do not run this file.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85423.exe

Download and install this free file utility.  The 2nd link at the top of the page is for 64 bit.

https://www.7-zip.org/

After you install 7-Zip, right click on the graphics driver file you saved.

Have 7-Zip Extract to:  and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp85423).

Once that is done, go to the device manager, click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the graphics driver folder 7-Zip created>Graphics>ki124757 (setup information file), click Next, and see if the driver installs.

If that doesn't work, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
