When I turn on my laptop I get a message saying that the internal battery is low and may need to be replaced. I cannot find this battery for sale anywhere online. How can I get this battery?

Hi:
According to chapter 4, page 91 of the service manual, the RTC battery is 449137-001.
When you google the part number, it appears to be a standard CR2032 battery you can buy almost anywhere.
Getting to where you will need to replace it will be a major challenge.

@LB100 -- EDIT: by "internal battery", I thought that you meant a battery that might be totally "inside" the laptop's "shell", or that physically connect to the laptop's case, not the tiny battery on the motherboard that @Paul_Tikkanen recommended. Yes, disassembling the laptop to the point where the CR2032 can be replaced might not be a task for an "amateur".
Please see: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/?searchtext=ProBook%204530s
This search returns many HP computers in that series.
When clicking on the "A1D12EA" search-result, there is a long list of part-numbers for various "AC Adapters" and also "Adapter (Product)". Unfortunately, every entry shows "N/A". But, with those part-numbers, and with the part-number for your current battery, try searching on eBay and/or Amazon, to see if you can find a seller.
Also, years ago, I noticed that there was a company in Seattle that would disassemble the battery, insert new batteries, reassemble it, and ship it back to you. This could be your "last resort" option.
