Hi Team

I recently bought a keyboard and mouse but cant use them due to issue below

My Bluetooth works for a few Hours then something causes to fail.

The only temporary fix is a reboot

I have tried driver Update , Bios Update and various suggestions on this site e.g

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/Bluetooth-suddenly-stopped-working-BT...

with no Luck

After a reboot the BT is visible and works but after some time sometimes a day sometimes <2 hrs. and appears as below

when the BT works the firmware tab says unknown.

PC Crashed so reboot

Please check if the keyboard and mouse works with other devices. Also, please update the HP Laptop via HP Support Assistant as well.
