Just looking for a simple answer as to upgradability... I got this sweet laptop with a 512 and am regretting it. Found a nice 1Tb but it's NVMe 4.0 where the original provided SSD is 2.0... DOES THAT MATTER?
My warranty is a couple months out of date with HP but still have a service warranty with Best Buy... just looking to upgrade to a bigger drive and don't want to spend the $$$ without knowing it will work.
Cheers!

It is backward compatible and it will run at lower/slower speed.
Regards.
