Hi Support
I bought a HP TPN-C125 2 weeks ago and everything was working fine until 2 days ago when suddenly the internal keyboard stopped working.
I then tried to fit an external keyboard to see if that would work and its still the same.
The keyboard is not responsive so no characters work at all.
When I boot up my machine it asks me for a passcode which is numeric and that worked ok but nothing works once it at the windows default screen then nothing at all works.
The mouse works ok though.
Any ideas, i am eligible for a return from the retailer until the 7th Feb so time is of the essence to see if we can get it resolved before I run out of time.
Looking forward to see if you can suggest something that will get it working again very quickly.
Thanks
Sharon

Thanks
I tried the first option.
Restarted my computer and entered the setup menu by clicking the esc key.
The arrow keys would not work but the function keys did and was able to press return to continue but nothing else.
When it rebooted I was able to enter the numeric keys again but still nothing works when in the windows mode.
When i plug in an external keyboard even that does not resolve the problem.
Is this in your opinion an internal fault or a software fault?
Should it return it for a replacement?
Thanks
Sharon

In my opionion it could be both but im thinking more of an internal fault and you should contact hp directly to see if they recommend repairing it if you are under warrenty...
