Hi,

Does anyone know if I need an outlet adopter AND voltage converter when I travel to Israel from the US. The charger says 120-240v and 50-60hz ranges. US is 120v and 60hz , Israel is 230v and 50hz so I assume I just need an outlet converter? I don’t want to damage the laptop. Thanks.

99.99 % of notebooks/laptops now can use HOUSEHOLD power around the world.

No, you do not need a converter. You only need a tourists adapter which you can find at any airports or souvenir shops for around 10 dollars. They also sell a worldwide adapter for around 25 dollars.

Regards.
