Hi,
I have a Transcend 14 laptop (product number: 9F275AV). My warranty status has been pending for a month; the extended warranty I bought has not been registered. My serial number is not being recognized as valid, so I cannot contact support. (Copy-paste from HP system information, I did not mix up "0" and "o".) Please help me.

If the number from the BIOS does not produce a positive result, let me know.

The serial on the BIOS, underside, and in HP Support Assistant are all identical. I can't reach customer support because it's invalid. The serial number does show up in HP PartSurfer, associated to 2 different products.
