Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone i have just bought a HP Probook 450 G9 notebook. The problem is when I using my laptop when charging, sometimes the monitored temperature went up to 95°C for a short time, even though it was not running heavy process. When i do not charge while using its temperature is normal. I think that there might be some problem with HP Power Manager or that sort of things. I checked the Power Management Options in BIOS and think that might be the problem. Has anyone encountered this problem before?? Can someone explain me the items in Power Management Options in BIOS, such as Runtime Power Management, etc...
