I cannot find a 15-fd0118ca model notebook.
I did find a HP 15-fd0018ca which has an Intel Intel® Core™ i7 i7-1355U processor.
Below is the link to the service manual:
Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.
Notebooks with the Intel core i3-1315U and better processors should be able to support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory, even though the manual indicates the max is 2 x 8 GB.
If you look at the models with the N200 processors 16 GB of memory is supported in the single memory slot, so if the notebook has two memory slots, then there would be no reason why 2 x 16 GB of memory would not be supported.

Thank you Paul!
This laptop (15-FD0118ca) is sold on Staples. I can not find the Model from other resources either. The Specs are: CPU:N100, Memory:4GB, Storage: 128GB. 15inch Screen.
I have not bought it yet. Just need to know if it is memory upgradable, then I can decide whether to place the order or not.
Any chance to Know that?
Thanks a bunch!
Kevin

You're very welcome, Kevin.
Yes, that model has one memory slot and can support 1 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory as indicated in chapter 1 of the service manual.
Note that model probably has a 128 GB UFS flash storage drive and it cannot be upgraded and if the drive fails, a new motherboard would be required to fix it.
So you may want to consider spending a little more money for a better model.
