This laptop Elitebook 840 G10 has a fingerprint  reader. How may I get this to work?

Hi @pauloft 

 

may have where the finger rests, but not all models have the internal module to make it work, if it doesn't work you probably don't have it.

 

You must go to the following link put the serial number of the laptop and see if it comes with a fingerprint.
