Yes it does. Here is the Service Manual:
You have an empty memory slot and memory could be expanded to 2 x 16 gig or 32 gigs total of DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM. You have 4 gb now in a single module and even another 4 gb would be a huge improvement.
You also have an empty slot for a SATA (not NVME) M.2 SSD for faster storage. You could install as large an M.2 SSD as money could buy but 2 TBs are commonly available.
