Hi Guys I Just Reformat My Laptop As I Taught That My OS was Corroptetd as i cant boot it up for a few days. but after reformating and tried to check with hp hardware test via PC Hardware Diagnostics ON Hard Drive Quick Test . This is what is shown "GTX2JK-7PA8LR-MFPWMG-60U103" and i cant find the error msg anyware online. So was wandering is the hard disk failing? and i tried to use chkdsk to check if it is failing but it will always crashes my poor laptop..

The Diagnostics message  is telling you the hard drive has failed/is failing and will need to be replaced. If you are still in warranty HP will replace it. If not a retail 2.5" laptop SATA hard drive can be used. Just be sure to get one of at least equal capacity as the original in order to use HP Recovery Media to install Windows. It can be larger, but not smaller capacity.For instance if you have a 500GB hdd you could use a 750GB hdd but not a 320GB hdd.

 
 If you need more help selecting/replacing the hdd post back with full Model & Product Number as listed on the Service Tag attached to bottom of laptop.

ok so once i replace my hdd i can just reinstall the os per normal..? do i need to buy a product key for the os when i swap it..?

You boot from your Recovery Media- no license key needed.
