Hi guys can I upgrade ProBook 450 G4 with Corsair MP300 120gb NVMe SSD M.2 2280 ?

No. It has a 2280 M.2 slot but compatibility is limited to SATA type M.2 SSDs. 

 

Service Manual

 

The Manual lists M.2 SSDs only up to 256 gigs and you can go higher capacity. I recommend a Samsung 860 Evo M.2:
