Is Spectre x360 13" have a different UK layout?

We got a new HP Spectre x360 13-aw0054na from the UK store and were bit surprised with the UK keyboard layout it came with. It does have most keys corrected but a major fluke is the # key and the enter key. The # key is above the enter key like in US keyboards (!) That is definitely not what we've been typing on as a standard UK keyboard layout.Keyboard

Is this expected on these models?
