is HDD have a warranty, because my HDD have "Caution Sign" on it. Like 3 days ago my HDD got wiped cause some corrupted data and i do format it so i can use it. right now idk why the there is some lag like 2-3 second freeze. when im using task manager to see whats happen,there is literally nothing happen in processes tab but there is something weird happen in Performance-HDD tab. its show 100% usage but like i said before the processes tab its literally normal. nothing weird. ill attach picture for u to understand my problemWhatsApp Image 2021-01-30 at 8.26.29 AM.jpegWhatsApp Image 2021-01-30 at 8.25.07 AM.jpegWhatsApp Image 2021-01-30 at 8.25.57 AM.jpeg

Hi:

 

If your notebook is still under the 1 year warranty and has the original HDD installed at the factory, it should be covered by the 1 year warranty.

 

If your notebook is out of warranty, then so is the hard drive.

If your notebook is under warranty, you will have to contact HP customer service in Indonesia and submit a support case to get the hard drive replaced under the warranty.
