I recently bought a SK hynix 8 GB ram chip when I installed it my pc didn’t turn on my pc is a 15s-fq3xxx

and the ram chip is an 8GB 1Rx8 PC4-2400T-SA1-11

HP Recommended

Most of those models use DDR4-3200 MHz CL22 memory.

 

DDR4-2400 MHz memory would be too slow if your notebook has an Intel core processor or an Intel® Celeron® N4500.
