Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I want to know that is battery replacement is free and covered under care pack. I called the customer service and described my issue that batter is dead not charging, He said Battery and Charger is not comes under laptop part. They are external parts so they are chargeable. Battery not comes under the care pack so they will charge it.
I have purchased the Care pack because of this, but now they are refusing.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, in order to bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

With the standard one-year limited warranty, you will be covered for repair or replacement of parts deemed defective. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, screen crack and liquid spillage.
