HP Pavilion x360 - 11m-ap0013dx Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

It comes with 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (onboard) memory.

 

'Onboard' means that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be removed or upgraded.

Chapter 5 has the component removal and replacement procedures.

 

You will not find a procedure to remove or replace the memory.
